Battle of the Classes: A Recap

Two years ago in 2020, a week just before the whole world went into lockdown, East High had their first Battle of the Classes. After a two year hiatus, the new East High tradition is planned to take place annually again. For those who did not get the chance to participate or even attend the assembly, the event was a series of games that each class competed in.

The series of games included, the T-Rex race, Hungry Hippo, a dance contest, the plunger race and many more. We saw a variety of different dances from the freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. The senior class did not have a class dance which most likely cost them their spirit stick.

The juniors won overall and the sophomores won the spirit stick for having the most participants for dressing up during spirit week.
