As the pandemic continues to limit our social interaction and normal routines, it is more important than ever to prioritize mental well being. The entire Messenger staff is working together to create a positive source for anyone struggling with a mental health illness and we encourage you to reach out for help. No matter what your situation is, your emotions are always valid and your health is always worth saving. Until we can all meet face to face again, we urge you to find comfort in our website, to find a sense of "home" outside of your real one. On this page not only will you find ways to cope with whatever it is you may be feeling but also many outlets specifically dedicated to helping people like you. You are not alone in this and it is our promise, as a staff, that we will do everything in our power to bring you a sense of comfort and peace of mind.
